We’ll prioritise callers according to your instructions, transferring the calls through to appropriate team members, filtering out unwanted calls, and taking messages if we can’t get through to the nominated person on your contact list.

No more missed calls!

If any members of your team are out on site, in the field or on the move we can patch the call through to them after taking down the caller’s details first. If your team member is unavailable, or doesn’t want to take the call, we can try someone else, or take a message. We’ll let you know who’s called in any event.

Call Escalation Service

We also provide an emergency escalation service for lift maintenance firms, security companies and other organisations requiring a 24/7 response.

In the event of emergency situation developing we will provide a “hotline” facility for someone to call. We’ll then handle the call according to your instructions, no matter how complicated, and no matter at what time of day or night.

We can transfer calls through to your nominated contacts, perhaps calling them each in turn until someone answers. Alternatively, we can advise the caller what to do in line with your instructions.

We can also compile and send incident reports, and supply statistics using our state-of-the-art technology.
